Med politiske ambitioner om at reducere klimaaftrykket er der et stigende pres for at oml\u00e6gge en st\u00f8rre del af den dyrkede jord i Danmark. Denne teknologi, skabt i t\u00e6t samarbejde med erhvervet, kan formentlig p\u00e5 sigt erstatte importeret sojaprotein til dyrefoder. Hos landbrugsorganisationen Fjordland ser man gr\u00e6s som en interessant mulighed for landbruget, og Landbrugsstyrelsen har introduceret st\u00f8tteordninger til oprettelsen af nye raffineringsfaciliteter.
