I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev indflydelsen af tidsintervallet mellem h\u00f8st og forarbejdning af biomasse unders\u00f8gt i et demonstrationsanl\u00e6g for gr\u00f8n bioraffinaderi ved Aarhus Universitet i Danmark. I unders\u00f8gelsen blev gr\u00e6s-kl\u00f8verblandinger anvendt som r\u00e5materiale i to s\u00e6soner (august 2021 og august 2022) til udvinding af proteinkoncentrat.Med den stigende eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter b\u00e6redygtige og alternative proteinkilder er det n\u00f8dvendigt at unders\u00f8ge og erstatte traditionelle fodermidler til enmavede dyr, s\u00e5som sojaskr\u00e5, med protein udvundet fra gr\u00f8nne bioraffinaderier. Dette studie unders\u00f8gte, hvordan tidsintervallet mellem h\u00f8st af biomasse og forarbejdning p\u00e5virker resultaterne i et demonstrationsanl\u00e6g for gr\u00f8n bioraffinering ved Aarhus Universitet i Danmark.
